Privacy Policy

1. Overview
NoAccess.1337 collects and processes data to operate player intelligence search, subscriptions, and account security. This policy explains what we store and your options regarding your information.
2. Data we collect
- Discord account ID, username, and avatar (when you log in)
- Session, login, and subscription records
- Search activity and usage limits tied to your account
- Payment references from processors (we do not store full card numbers)
- Player/log data indexed from third-party sources (not owned by us)
3. How we use data
We use collected data to authenticate users, enforce tier limits, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal account data to third parties.
4. Data retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes. Indexed player/log records may remain in the system independently of your account.
5. Paid data removal — $100
You may request deletion of information related to you that we directly control (account profile, linked identifiers in our user tables, and associated usage logs tied to your account) by paying a one-time fee of $100 USD.
- Fee is non-refundable once processing begins.
- Removal applies to data we store about your account — not third-party server logs already ingested from external sources.
- After payment is confirmed, we process requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7–14 business days).
- Submit requests while logged in via Discord support or the contact channel listed on your account.
See the data removal checkout or pricing page.
6. Cookies & sessions
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and secure the platform. These are required for core functionality.
7. Security
We apply industry-standard measures to protect stored data. No system is 100% secure; use strong passwords and do not share your account.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
9. Contact
Privacy questions or data-removal requests: contact us through your server's official Discord support channel while authenticated.
